Set on the outskirts of Barnstaple (5 miles), you’ll find plenty of shops, pubs and restaurants within easy reach. The coastal town of Instow is 8 miles away and offers a dog-friendly estuary beach and, in the summer, you can catch a passenger ferry across to Appledore. A day at RHS Rosemoor with 65 acres of woodland and gardens is 14 miles away. Keen walkers will love the South West Coast Path or, a 9-mile drive takes you to Exmoor National Park with magical moorlands and woodlands to explore.

Walk across the pretty man-made stream to the property’s front door and into the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This space is well equipped and designed to provide ample light. The lounge area has a comfortable sofa and chairs and a Smart TV; take a load off after a busy day walking and cosy up to watch a movie with friends and family.
