From here you can easily access the spectacular limestone landscapes of the southern White Peak. Head to Carsington Water (8 miles) for water sports and gentle walks, or Matlock Bath, the Victorian spa town (11.5 miles), and the incredible Heights of Abraham, which even includes a Waggy Tails Trail.
