Coastal paths, beach activities, and restaurants are all on your doorstep at this comfortable three-bedroom property in Brixham. It’s a good choice for a family plus one dog wanting outdoor activities and fish and chips by the harbour. A few steps take you up to the front door of this neat, terraced property. In the porch space, brush sand from feet and paws then step through to the spacious lounge. It’s the perfect room to socialise and relax in with plump sofas and chairs, plus homely extras including a Smart TV, lamp lighting, and an electric fireplace. There’s also a sociable dining table with seating for six people and floor-to-ceiling patio doors that open onto an attractive garden. A well-equipped kitchen is also located off from the lounge. When it’s time for bed, head upstairs and choose between a lovely single or two double bedrooms. All the bedrooms are pleasantly furnished with brilliant white tones creating a sense of tranquillity and you’ll be sure of a good night’s sleep. In the morning, step outside and enjoy breakfast in the garden or simply relax on the furniture while the children play a game of fetch with the dog on the lawn. Brixham Harbour (300 metres) is a pretty place for a stroll. Watch the colourful boats bobbing on the water, step aboard a full-size replica of Sir Francis Drake’s ship, and stop for some delicious seafood at one of the restaurants. Afterwards, jump on the South West Coast Path and enjoy a scenic walk to the cliffs at Berry Head. Alternatively, swim in the sea at dog-friendly Breakwater Beach, or jump on the ferry and make the 30-minute crossing to Torquay.
