Relax with a picnic in the sand dunes or stroll around the shops, cafes and pubs. Another local beach is the wonderful Woolacombe, set 4 miles away and offering 3 miles of golden sands. Part of Woolacombe Beach is dog friendly so you can take your four-legged friends with you and enjoy a relaxing day on the beach. For golf enthusiasts, only 3 miles away is a Mortehoe and Woolacombe Golf Course, a beautiful 36-hole championship links golf open to visitors. Walkers will be spoilt for choice when it comes to trails, with the South West Coast Path to explore or you can venture a bit further (13 miles) to Exmoor National Park with its stunning woodland walks and magical moorlands where you will see the red deer and Exmoor ponies wandering the hillsides.

As you step into this thatched cottage with its quirky charm you will walk straight into the dining room, and from here enter through into the lounge where you can relax and enjoy a movie on the Smart TV with family and friends after a day of adventure.
