The area boasts a plethora of forest and mountain walks, as well as adrenaline fueled activities such as rafting, clay pigeon shooting, and quad biking, available year round. In the summer, you can also try canyoning and adventure tubing. For ski enthusiasts, Glenshee ski area is only 12 miles North, offering some of the best on and off piste skiing in Scotland. As you enter this delightful single level property, a breath taking vista of the countryside and hills of Mount Blair and Over Craig will greet you through the expansive patio doors in the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner. This inviting space is perfect for relaxing in front of the wood burner, indulging in a good book, watching a movie, or cooking a meal together. Alternatively, unwind in the hot tub whilst listening to the sweet melodies of birdsong. The master bedroom with en suite is located at the end of the building, with a twin bedroom also available. The main bathroom is conveniently situated between the bedrooms. The enclosed garden provides a safe haven for children to play and pets to roam whilst you unwind. You can enjoy the decked area with seating, a hot tub, and a BBQ, perfect for al fresco dining on a warm evening.
