This lovingly renovated property is situated in the pretty village of East Chinnock in the south of Somerset near the borders of both Dorset and Devon. There is a choice of country walks nearby, including Ham Hill Country Park (4.5 miles). Explore the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast where you can visit the iconic seaside town of Lyme Regis 20 miles, or West Bay (18 miles) with its harbour and beach. Retail therapy can be found in the towns of Yeovil and Crewkerne, both 5 miles away, Sherborne (10.5 miles), Ilminster (12 miles) and Chard (12.5 miles). Visit National Trust's Barrington Court (11 miles) and Montacute House (3.5 miles), and don’t forget to go to the Quantock Hills, or the nature reserves on the Somerset Levels. Enter this immaculate single-storey property into a spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with high ceilings and beautiful exposed beams. It is a lovely space to relax in with your favourite book or you could enjoy watching a movie on the Smart TV in front of the open fire.
