Located in the pretty village of East Chinnock, this immaculate property is situated in the southern region of Somerset near the borders of both Dorset and Devon. The surrounding area offers a variety of country walks, including Ham Hill Country Park (4.5 miles). Shopping opportunities can be found in the towns of Yeovil and Crewkerne, both 5 miles away, Sherborne (10.5 miles), Ilminster (12 miles) and Chard (12.5 miles). Explore the famous World Heritage Jurassic Coast, where you can visit the iconic seaside town of Lyme Regis (20 miles), or West Bay (18 miles) with its harbour and beach. Visit Sherborne Castle (11.5 miles), Yeovilton Fleet Air Arm Museum (13.5 miles), Haynes Motor Museum (18 miles) and the National Trust s Barrington Court (11 miles) or Montacute House (3.5 miles). Enter into the beautiful lounge/diner with high ceilings and exposed beams. It is a lovely space to relax in with your favourite book or you could enjoy watching a movie on the Smart TV in front of the open fire. One step up leads to the well equipped kitchen which has all the facilities you will need to cook a lazy breakfast or a delicious feast. An oak staircase leads up from the lounge/diner to a gallery and landing, which doubles up as a children s playroom, or a quiet place to work. This leads through to the twin bedroom which has been built into the eaves of the property and has sloping ceilings. Head outside from the living accommodation to the small terrace; here you will find outside seating, which makes a lovely spot for your morning coffee or some al fresco dining. Alternatively, on the other side of the lane is a shared wildflower meadow with a mown path and a lawned area with a table and chairs.
