Enjoy a trip 8 miles south to the nearby town of Northallerton, which offers a range of shops, restaurants, and cafes. The stunning Yorkshire Dales National Park offers ample opportunities for hiking, cycling, and outdoor activities. Leyburn (8.5 miles) is a charming market town with a bustling market square, independent shops, cafes, and restaurants. It is also home to the famous Wensleydale Creamery, where visitors can see and sample how the famous cheese is made. Meander the cobbled streets and wynds in Richmond (6 miles), which is home to a range of historic buildings and cultural landmarks. Approach this idyllic single storey house that s set in private grounds via a farm track and take in your rural surroundings. Enter into a spacious entrance porch where you can leave behind your walking shoes before hanging your coat in the hallway. Head into the naturally light and spacious, country style kitchen complete with an AGA and a host of appliances to make your mealtimes a breeze. Sit at the breakfast bar, drink in hand while the chef of the group rustles up a home cooked feast. Gather around the dining table to plan your adventures. There is a handy laundry room with a washing machine and a pulley maid, excellent if you have wet walking gear. After dinner, get cosy in the beautiful lounge, adorned with comfy sofas, perfect for snuggling up in front of the wood burner while watching your favourite movie. The lounge also features a stunning grand piano, perfect for music enthusiasts to enjoy. As you look to unwind, there are three neatly presented bedrooms to choose from, each offering individual stylish touches and storage space. Choose from a king size room with access to a Jack and Jill bathroom with a bath, shower and WC, a super king size room with a private en suite shower room and WC, and a double bedroom.
