This spacious semi-detached house, within walking distance of a beautiful, sandy beach, is perfect for a large group of friends and family. Outdoor enthusiasts of all ages will love running, playing, swimming and surfing all from your doorstep. Discover wonderful views with hikes along spectacular coastal paths before returning to soak in the hot tub. Sleeping ten guests, the lounge can be divided in two with folding doors, creating very useful extra space when young and old need a bit of peace and quiet. Stylish yet welcoming, white walls and wooden floors are punctuated with splashes of colour in artwork and soft furnishings. Occupying a superb, elevated position looking out to sea, the bay windows allow light to flood in and boasts amazing views. Bright and airy during the day, but once the wood burner is lit it becomes cosy and welcoming. Get together for sit down meals in the dining room, and in the evening settle on the comfortable sofas in the lounge as your pup snoozes on his favourite blanket. The large, enclosed deck with patio furniture ensures that whether in the pale morning rays or the amber glow of the evening, dining alfresco in the revitalising sea air is a daily event not to be missed. Westward Ho! has an array of local amenities alongside independent shops, pubs and restaurants. The whole family will love the two miles of beautiful sandy beach and the spectacular cliff-top walks on the South West Coast Path. Northam Burrows Country Park (0.5 miles) has beautiful walks over grassy plains and marshes, whilst family fun can be found at The Big Sheep (2.5 miles) with sheep racing, lamb feeding, climbing wall and gentle rides. The pretty town of Bideford (2.5 miles) boasts an array of independent shops and from here enjoy a boat trip to Lundy.
