If you’re visiting in winter, a trip to see the seals at Horsey Gap (3.5 miles) is a must. From a viewing platform overlooking the beach, you can watch hundreds of basking grey seals and their pups. From Stalham (4 miles), you can hire a day boat to explore the Norfolk Broads, exploring 125 miles of lock-free waterways and enjoying the wildlife.

The ground floor also has a convenient WC and a children’s play kitchen area with a door that leads outside. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with a double bed which shares a Jack-and-Jill shower room and WC with a twin room and finally, there is another king-size room which has a zip-and-link bed which can be arranged as a twin on request, depending on your preference. All bedrooms have ample storage space, a wall-mounted Smart TV and share a family bathroom with shower over bath and WC.


The property’s wow-factor continues outside with an enclosed garden and patio area. Garden furniture is provided for those who wish to enjoy some drinks in the sea breeze and for dining alfresco. You also have a bar (drinks not included) and games hut next door with a dart board and refrigerator to keep your drinks cool.
