Catch the passenger ferry across the estuary to the attractive unspoilt village of Shaldon, with its fishing harbour, famous Smugglers’ Tunnel and Zoo. The town is set on a main rail link with the added attraction of a car-free holiday, and via this, you can explore the English Riviera (9 miles) or the beautiful cathedral city of Exeter (15 miles).

Steps up to the front door welcome you a convenient hallway to kick off your shoes and hang your coats. Through to your right is the kitchen/dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and useful utility space to the rear with a washing machine and WC, with a cosy benched dining table and Smart TV on the wall adjacent. A staircase leads you down into a secret cinema room boasting a Smart TV and gaming console, a twin bedroom and an additional bathroom.

Heading outside there is a hot tub and plenty of outdoor seating for alfresco dining. Enjoy the sunsets and see the nearby village of Shaldon light up at night. An enclosed garden with an additional lower-level space with a shed for outdoor equipment.
