The vibrant town offers a Little Theatre, a wealth of independent stores, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants, a museum, leisure centre and golf course. Enjoy a wander around the National Trust’s Sheringham park, or hop on The Poppy Line’s Steam train to Weybourne and Holt. This stretch of coast is a superb part of Norfolk for wildlife watching. With the coast path close by (0.5 miles), the bird centre at Cley-next-the-Sea (8 miles) and the seal colony at Blakeney Point (9 miles), there are plenty of opportunities to see animals of all kinds. Climb aboard the mainline train to Norwich, which makes for a great cultural day out with its cathedral, history, and shops galore.

This lovely, homely cottage is set across three floors and offers a fantastic retreat for families, nature lovers and anyone wanting a quiet get away within walking distance of Sheringham Town. The ground floor has a cosy lounge area, complete with a wood burner which is ideal for cosy nights in. The kitchen is fitted with everything you need, and the dining table in the dining room seats up to six guests. On the second floor you will find a large double room with en-suite shower room and WC. A further king-size and bunk room are on the first floor and share the ground-floor family bathroom which has a shower over the bath and WC. All rooms boast ample storage space for your clothes and personal belongings.
