This delightful three-storey coastal cottage is situated on Beeston Common and is ideal for a family and up to two dogs for an active holiday. It’s a perfect base for exploring the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The sandy beach at Sheringham, with a promenade and rock pools, is less than a mile from the property, where you can sample the fresh local seafood. A welcoming property with striking features, including beams in the dining area, a wood burner in the lounge and exposed brickwork walls in one of the bedrooms. The cosy country style is beautifully balanced by contemporary comforts, a coastal theme and plenty of natural light. There is a lounge with a wood burner on the ground floor for chilly evenings, making this house a great choice all year round. Relax on the sofas after a day at the beach while you chat, watch your favourite show on TV or plan the next day's adventure. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a hearty meal to enjoy at the dining table next to the fireplace. A family bathroom completes the ground floor. On the first floor, you will find a large double room and a bunk room. On the second floor is a king-size room with an en-suite shower room and WC. Step outside and enjoy the enclosed garden with a lawned area and patio with garden furniture, perfect for a drink outside in fine weather. If you are looking for a quiet spot to read or chat, there's a summerhouse available. There are many top attractions nearby. The North Norfolk Railway is just a mile away or take a boat trip to Blakeney Point to see the country's largest grey seal colony (12 miles). The National Trust properties at Sheringham Park (3 miles) and Blickling (14 miles) are well worth a visit. Or spend a day at the traditional seaside town of Cromer (5 miles) with its pavilion theatre, crazy golf, surfing beach, and walks along the coastal path.
