This homely property is ideal for exploring the village and its beach within 0.5 miles, or for using as a base to head further afield in this beautiful county. Everyone will love the enclosed lawned garden and terrace for lazy breakfasts or lengthy evening meals alfresco. Leave coats and shoes in the hallway, before heading into the spacious lounge with partial sea views, practical wooden flooring and lots of comfortable seating. The French doors here open onto the generous terrace, complete with outdoor dining furniture. The modern fitted kitchen has all you’ll need for self-catering endeavours while on your break, plus there’s a wooden table for five for indoor dining. The sleeping quarters are upstairs, comprising a king-size, twin and a single bedroom. All three are light and airy, with smart modern furniture for a calming space. The kids will love to play in the enclosed lawned garden – and you’ll love watching from the terrace. Explore Porthtowan’s amenities including a shop and eateries, all within 1 mile. Porthtowan Beach is sandy and it’s a great place to surf. There are rock pools to explore with any youngsters and at peak times, there are lifeguards, but do note there are also dog restrictions. Best of all? The little tidal pool filled and covered at high tide is left behind to swim in at low tide. Join the South West Coast Path for some serious walking and to experience the rugged North Cornwall coastline from a different perspective. Perranporth and Portreath both boast stunning beaches, and are also within 7 miles.
