This impressive former barn, which is part of a complex near Nancegollan and 4.5 miles from Helston, sleeps up to eight guests and makes a wonderful base for group holidays and special family celebrations. Offering split-level accommodation, the four-bedroom retreat is also happy to welcome canine companions who are eager to join in the fun. Set on a working barn and with a private garden, the spacious property is ideal for long walks and cycle rides, as well as reaching the picturesque coast of Cornwall, around 6 miles away, where you can spend time on beautiful beaches and swim and surf in the sea. Call your party into their new home from home, leaving your shoes and coats in the hall, and take a few steps down into the airy, open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner/. This gorgeous room with its vaulted ceiling, has a bank of bi-folding doors that can be pulled open onto the garden in the summer months to bring the scenic views right inside. Spend your evenings in here challenging each other to tournaments on the multi-games table or settling down to film nights in front of the Smart TV. Take turns preparing dinner for everyone else to enjoy at the table either inside or out on the patio. When bedtime beckons, make your way through to one of the king-size bedrooms. One of these has doors to the garden and the other has an en-suite shower room. There are also two twins, one of which can be set up as a super-king-size instead if discussed in advance. Relax out in the fresh country air as often as possible. Cook supper on the BBQ on balmy evenings and play games with the children on the lawn. There is parking for three cars.
