Families or groups of ten friends will love soaking up the far-reaching views over Cardigan Bay and relaxing in the hot tub on the sun terrace. Perfect for large groups to celebrate a special occasion in idyllic surroundings. Accessed via an external flight of stairs, you will head inside to the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner which has bi-fold doors boasting compelling coastal views. This bright and airy space has been equipped with plenty of mod cons and thoughtful furnishings. Relax on the sofa in front of the warming wood burner and flick on the Smart TV or dine together around the dining table on the tasty meals cooked up in the practical kitchen. A useful utility room provides laundry facilities if you need them on your trip. A shower room and super-king-size bedroom complete the ground floor, while upstairs are a further four bedrooms, three are also super-king-size, and finally, a room containing three bunk beds. The upstairs bedrooms share access to both a bathroom and a shower room. Outside, a lovely wraparound balcony has plenty of seating for al fresco dining while admiring the views, or you can soak away the day in the bubbling hot tub. The lovely seaside village of Aberdovey has plenty of friendly pubs, eateries and independent shops to explore, as well as a fantastic sandy beach. Set on the River Dyfi's estuary, you can try out water sports like windsurfing, paddleboarding and canoeing. If you prefer keeping your toes dry, head into Snowdonia National Park (10 miles) and visit the intriguing caves at King Arthur's Labyrinth (15 miles).
