Totes Cottage is a dog friendly holiday cottage.
Set in a smart complex of properties in Westward Ho!, this sleek single-storey property sleeps six people over three bedrooms and has been stylishly furnished throughout. It’s the ideal retreat for families or groups of friends who appreciate a little luxury when they travel. Spend glorious days surfing, and elegant evenings soaking in the cottage’s private hot tub. Step inside this lavish property and you can’t help but notice the elegant decor. You’ll be greeted by a chic lounge/kitchen/diner. Take a moment to make yourself at home by the wood burner-effect electric fire in the lounge area, or take a little time to stretch out on a sun lounger in the garden. Alternatively, head to the shared play barn for a game of pool or table tennis, or take a dip in the indoor plunge pool (available April to October). When it’s time to eat, make your way to the kitchen area to put your culinary skills to the test, and then get everyone together to share a sociable dinner at the stylish dining table. Alternatively, head out into the garden, fire up the gas BBQ and dine alfresco. After dinner, watch the stars come out from the private hot tub, or head back to the lounge to slip onto a sofa and chill out in front of the Smart TV. At the end of the day, you’ll find three beautifully styled bedrooms to choose from. Westward Ho! is a lovely Victorian seaside village with a classic promenade lined with colourful beach huts. Go for a stroll along the beach, take a surf lesson, or treat yourself to some traditional fish and chips. Alternatively, grab your hiking boots and walk along the South West Coast Path to Bideford (3 miles) to check out its historic pannier market (every Tuesday and Saturday).
