This welcoming detached bungalow is located in a quiet cul-de-sac in the small village of Templeton, between Narberth and the Pembrokeshire coast, ideal for families or groups of friends. For a day at the beach, you can reach Amroth (5 miles) and its golden sand beach backed by pebbles or the ever popular Saundersfoot (6 miles) with its vibrant town centre. Just 3 miles further along the coast, you’ll find the delightful town of Tenby which has four lovely beaches. For shopping, head to the market town of Narberth (2.5 miles) which enjoys a plethora of independent boutiques, cafes, and restaurants. For family days out, you are in a perfect location with Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo (2 miles) and Blue Lagoon Water Park (4 miles) just a short drive away. As you enter the property, you are welcomed into a bright hallway. The spacious lounge has two large, comfortable sofas with a Smart TV for those cosy nights in. The French doors create a light and airy space and offer access to the beautiful garden.
