The South West Coast path can be joined 0.5 miles from the property and offers stunning walks and scenery. Further along the coast is Teignmouth (1.9 miles) with a host of pubs, restaurants, pier, local shops and a farmer's market. Continue west to explore The English Riviera and the South Hams; including Torquay (10 miles), Paignton (15 miles) and Dartmouth (30 miles).

Entering the property you’re welcomed into the well-equipped kitchen with a lower surface top height to enable full accessibility for guests. Through the kitchen, there is a lounge/dining area with a spacious dining table for six guests. A comfortable lounge with sofas which can be turned into sofa beds for extra guests, a Smart TV and French doors out to the raised deck. Outside is a garden with ramp access, a spacious lawned area and a decked seating area providing a great outdoor space to enjoy the evenings.
