Let yourself into the ground-floor annexe, which is attached to the owner’s home but enjoys its privacy. Head through to the kitchen to make a cup of tea and discover it has been fitted with a lower work surface for easier wheelchair use. Make your way into the lounge/diner to relax together in front of the Smart TV and to open the doors on to the deck and garden in warmer weather. There is also a table in here to gather round at mealtimes. The bedrooms at the property include a king-size and a twin. The family wet room features an accessible, walk-in shower.
