The dramatic Dartmoor National Park is renowned for its rugged scenery, tors, and quaint villages such as the town of Tavistock just 5 miles away with a wonderful pannier market, restaurants, cinema, and swimming pool complex. The famous Eden Project has lots to offer for all ages and is less than 30 miles away as well as the wonderful south coast featuring fantastic historic harbour and beaches such as Looe, offering boat trips, shops cafes, restaurants as well as some yummy fish and chips.

The open plan living/kitchen area boasts a cosy sociable space with comfy seating, a wood burner and views out over the countryside. The kitchen is well-equipped and perfect for packing up a good lunch or preparing an evening meal. The second bedroom is up on the top floor and offers a double bed with large windows and a view out over the countryside. This is an old, traditional style cottage and the internal steps are fairly narrow and steep, therefore not suited to those with mobility issues.

Outside is a large garden laid to lawn with patio and garden furniture as well as a seating area tucked away at the top. There is parking at the front of the property.
