This perfectly placed barn conversion is located on one of Scotland’s top salmon rivers, the Nith. A great base for exploring the many trails and cycle routes through the three beautiful passes nearby. Marvel at Drumlanrig Castle & Gardens, built in the 17th century with extensive gardens and red sandstone bricks (10.6 miles), or perhaps a day out at Crawlick Multiverse (1.2 miles). Enjoy a round of golf or two at the local golf club which is 300 metres from the barn. Sanquhar is located on the South West Coastal 300 touring route, giving you 300 miles of spectacular scenery and an exceptional coastline.

Step in from the communal shared garden and into the spacious hallway. Here you can find a handy utility room, perfect for muddy boots. The kitchen and living area are extensive and open plan with a large skylight. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook up a delicious evening meal and the living space features a Smart TV and two cosy sofas to kick back on after a day of exploring. The master bedroom is a generous super-king-size bed and the second bedroom is light and airy with another super-king-size bed (both can be made into twins on request).
