Located in the village of Winskill in the Eden Valley between the North Pennines and Lake District, this beautiful house is ideal for families and friends looking for a peaceful holiday. The village boasts a play park across from the property, which the children will love. From the neighbouring village of Melmerby (3 miles), cycle the Hartside Pass and visit Alston, England's highest market town, boasting cobbled streets and quaint buildings. Enjoy a train ride on the famous Settle to Carlisle railway line; Langwathby station is less than 2 miles away.
This beautiful, bright, contemporary property, set over two floors, has plenty of natural light and decor that reflects nature and landscapes. Enter the hallway, and the lounge is on the left, offering comfortable sofas, a Smart TV and space to play board games. A snug opposite with a bookcase and sofa is the perfect reading place. The open-plan kitchen/diner with bi-folding doors is a great social space to catch up and plan for the day. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances to ensure meal preparation is a breeze.
