Family residence with contemporary interiors and a large garden in Llandudno. Perfect for families and their dog to walk to the sea, beach, and attractions or join the coast path, all from the doorstep the perfect all year round destination. Climb the Orme (1.8 miles), take the cable car to the summit, stroll along the longest pier, take a boat trip or enjoy an open bus tour and see the town from a different perspective. The town offers a range of shops, eateries and the acclaimed Mostyn Contemporary Art Gallery, as well as the theatre Venue Cymru with many events all within a 1 mile radius. Nearby attractions include Caernarfon Castle (29 miles), National Trust s Plas Newydd House and Gardens (25.7 miles) and Swallow Falls (21 miles). The spacious, detached house is light and airy with lots of touches to enhance your stay. Walk into the hall, kick off your shoes and continue to the kitchen/diner. If you decide to eat in, the well designed galley kitchen is a lovely space to rustle up a meal. The dining table is perfectly positioned by the French doors opening onto the garden for the family to enjoy a meal together with lovely views. After a full day out at the beach, relax on the sofa, watch your favourite programmes on the Smart TV with Netflix and basic Sky package, or plan your holiday activities. Upstairs there are three lovely bedrooms to choose from: the super king size bed with sea views, the king size with sea views, or the bunk bed for 2 with a small double and single on top. Also on this floor is the stylish bathroom, perfect for a leisurely start to your day. The enclosed garden is the ideal spot to relax and embrace the views over the town from this elevated position from sunrise to sunset. Light the BBQ and enjoy al fresco dining on the patio; there is also a lawned area and a lower garden with comfy seating for two. If you are bringing your bikes there is a bike rack to use.
