Enjoy the wonderful facilities and private beach access at this contemporary home in ‘The Bay’ holiday village near Filey, perfect for families or friends and their furry companions with the coast, a pub, stunning walks and exciting attractions nearby. The property has an Xbox and shared use of the garden, a heated indoor swimming pool, an archery range, a children’s playground, a leisure centre and tennis courts. The house has a smart, contemporary finish with lots of thoughtful touches to make it a welcoming home from home. Go into the hall through to the L-shaped open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, with a Smart TV (a Generation 3 Xbox One, a DVD player, and a radio/CD player) and comfortable sofas. The dining table and chairs are next to the French doors with lovely views of the garden. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking tasty meals, and there’s a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, there’s a pretty twin bedroom, and a double bedroom with a TV, as well as the family bathroom. Outside is a patio with seating, a shared lawned garden and a boules court. Spend days swimming, getting a sweat on at the gym and sauna/steam room, and playing tennis. There’s also a pub, a pizza restaurant and takeaway, shops, a children’s playground, and a five-a-side football pitch. Wander to the golden sandy beach for a paddle and visit the popular seaside town of Filey (2 miles) for cafes and restaurants. Learn how to ride the waves with the surf academy at Filey or Scarborough (10 miles), where you’ll also find a theme park, a castle, and an open-air theatre. Go for scenic walks on Flamborough Head (11 miles) and Bempton Cliffs Nature Reserve (7.5 miles), a great place for wildlife spotting, and spend a fun day exploring Sewerby Hall & Gardens (9 miles).
