Located on the northern edge of Bodmin Moor, this home from home provides the perfect spot to explore the spectacular North Cornwall coast, a coastline that is a firm favourite with walkers and cyclists who wish to take in the breathtaking views along the South West Coast Path. Visit the historic fishing villages of Boscastle (6 miles), Tintagel (7.5 miles) and Port Isaac (13 miles), all of which provide a superb range of shops, cafés and restaurants to suit all tastes. If a day trip is on the agenda, then nearby popular tourist attractions include the Eden Project (25 miles), Tamar Lakes (20 miles), numerous National Trust properties and the Launceston Steam Railway which is just 13 miles away. On entering the single storey property, you are met with a small porch that provides the perfect space to hang coats and flick off those walking boots after a day on the trails. Step up into the open plan lounge/kitchen/diner, make yourself comfortable in front of the wood burner effect electric fire on the leather sofa or armchair and watch your favourite programmes on the TV. The kitchen area is well equipped to cook up a meal to enjoy at the dining table there s plenty of space for two to dine with ease. Heading through to the bedroom, guests will be met with a light interior and plenty of clothing space in the built in wardrobe. Finally completing this cosy interior is the pleasant bathroom. You can make your way to the rear enclosed patio area from the kitchen, with outdoor seating for two and a BBQ for dining alfresco. Listen to the flow of the river just on the other side of the fence and make plans for tomorrow. Guests also have shared use of the tennis court.
