Set among the rolling green hills of North Devon and near the traditional market town of Holsworthy, this exceptional retreat is handsomely decorated with a mix of beautiful antiques, vintage finds and stylish modern pieces. Within reach of beaches, countryside and coastal resorts, it’s an ideal destination for a special celebration with loved ones, offering plenty of space and a luxurious yet welcoming atmosphere. On the ground floor of this superb getaway, the lounge features a range of comfortable seating around a Smart TV, while the kitchen/diner is a beautiful space for sociable cooking and eating. On this floor, there’s also a utility room with laundry facilities, two of the six bedrooms – a super-king-size (can be a twin on request) and a double – and a family bathroom. Four more bedrooms are upstairs: two king-size, one with an en-suite shower room, and two twins. You can enjoy a lie-in while catching up with a favourite TV show, as all the bedrooms have Smart TVs. Completing the accommodation are the first-floor bathroom and shower room. The outside space is just as fabulous: two enclosed gardens, both with outdoor furniture, one with a BBQ and the other boasting a lawn and a bubbling hot tub. Head over to Holsworthy, 2 miles, where there are shops, pubs, cafes and tearooms, and a popular pannier market is held every Wednesday. The sandy beaches and water sports of Bude and Widemouth Bay are 11 and 13 miles respectively, while walkers can explore bracing coastal walks with stunning views or the flat, off-road Tarka Trail. Gardening enthusiasts won’t want to miss RHS Garden Rosemoor, 14.5 miles, in the beautiful Torridge Valley and rich in variety throughout the seasons.
