Conveniently set alongside the B3162, this property offers the best of both worlds as it is surrounded by rolling countryside, including iconic Colmer s Hill, yet is only 3.5 miles from the coast. The hamlet of Salwayash (0.5 miles) provides a great base for touring with popular attractions including Symondsbury, West Bay, Golden Cap, Lyme Regis, Charmouth and Burton Bradstock all within 8 miles. Local amenities can be found in the eclectic town of Bridport (2 miles), as well as a good range of independent shops and eateries. Pick up the South West Coast Path or head inland and hike up Lewesdon Hill (3.5 miles) and Pilsdon Pen (5.5 miles), where you will find incredible views of this verdant part of Dorset. Within a working farm and attached to the owners home, yet with privacy assured, a stroll through the garden will bring you to the four steps that lead to the entrance doors into this single storey property. Once inside, you are met with a striking open plan lounge/kitchen/diner with the kitchen arranged along one wall. There is space to enjoy leisurely meals just opposite and a dedicated lounge area with Smart TV and wood burner. Just next door is a comfortable super king size bedroom with a stylish en suite shower room. Heading back through the entrance doors, steps will take you down into the enclosed, lawned garden, which has furniture for dining.

Private parking for 2 cars (through a narrow, pillared entrance width 2.38m alternative access through the farmyard to the rear entrance of the property). Beach 3.5 miles, shops and pubs 3 miles.
