The views of the River Fowey make this the perfect romantic bolthole for two. Perfectly situated in a quiet hamlet of Mixtow, this property is also within 3 miles of the coastal village of Polruan. With the passenger ferry linking the two, why not hop over to Fowey for a bite to eat where there s plenty to do and see? Walkers will be in their element due to direct access onto a public footpath or you can join the South West Coast Path in Polruan. Other attractions include the Eden Project, The Lost Gardens of Heligan, Charlestown and numerous National Trust properties, all less than 13 miles away. This cosy basement apartment offers a great base from which to explore. Enter through the private entrance and into a very handy sunroom/porch where you can kick off your walking boots. Step into the lounge where there s plenty of seating, a TV and views of the sea from your window. Off the lounge is a cute galley kitchen, which is fully equipped with everything you need. There is one double bedroom and completing the property is a shower room. Venturing outside, there is a large garden, with a seating area with fabulous views. Riverside access for kayaking is also available.
