Sleeping ten people over five rooms, this spacious property is a nature lover’s paradise, boasting direct access to the banks of the River Hamble and surrounded by the beautiful Hampshire countryside. With a hot tub, games room and an indoor bar as well as kayaking, paddleboarding and fishing possible on the river, there is something for everyone at this wonderful holiday home. Take a private road and a shared driveway to this striking detached property. The sense of light and space will hit you as soon as you enter, with expansive rooms finished in pleasing neutral tones. Discover plenty of places to relax and unwind, be it on the living room’s huge corner sofa or in the games room, complete with a computer console, multi-use gaming table and even its own bar. The kitchen/diner is a sociable spot to share a meal with loved ones whilst you plan the next day’s activities gathered around the dining table. Alternatively, head outside on a warm evening and dine alfresco in the expansive grounds. There is a delightful patio immediately to the rear with a hot tub, built-in charcoal BBQ and garden furniture. A lawn leads from here to the bordering woodland, which you can walk through to reach the private riverbank and marshland.
