Less than 5 miles north of Pickering, you’ll have plenty to do and explore right on your doorstep. Head 3 miles north of the village and you’ll find Cropton Forest, with plenty of great walks available. Travel another 18 miles and you’ll reach the fishing town of Whitby or you can travel there by steam train on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway, taking in some beautiful moorland scenery on the way. A little further down the coast is Scarborough (23 miles) with its two sandy beaches, amusements and castle.

With an open-plan kitchen/dining area, this three-bedroom haven is ideal for a family trip or gathering with friends. You’ll feel instantly at home.
