Every care has been taken to make this exceptional, single-storey property a fantastic base for all kinds of getaways on the Welsh coast. Surfers, animal lovers, outdoor adventure seekers, hikers and bikers will all find something appealing here. Those simply seeking out relaxation with beach afternoons and trips to local towns will also fall in love, making full use of the excellent amenities and comfortable surroundings the cottage offers. All-in-all, the place hosts six guests and two dogs and is completely family-friendly for groups of all shapes and sizes. This abode has a real luxury feel, with fabulous décor, bespoke fixtures and stylish finishing touches. One key feature is the exceptional utility room which doubles up as a wetsuit and pet-cleaning spot, ideal after sandy trips to the beach. Once sparkling clean, discover the lounge/diner with the kitchen positioned neatly next door. French doors lead out onto a generous gravelled patio with all kinds of furnishing and a charcoal BBQ, so make use of that when the sun shines. When it’s cooler, stay indoors and get cosy by the wood burner and Smart TV. Discover three bedrooms along the hallway. One has its own en-suite, whilst the others share a full family bathroom and an additional WC with modern styling. An attractive destination on Cardigan Bay, the village of Aberarth is quiet and peaceful with the River Arth running through it. A short way down the coast, the busier Aberaeron (1.5 miles) is your place to be for amenities and attractions, with its wide, shingle beach lined by pastel-coloured houses and charming town streets. So much of the town’s local produce is served by the Blaencamel Organic Farm (4 miles), a nearby institution that you can visit, tour and pick up some delicious goodies to cook at home yourselves.
