Situated in the heart of Ceredigion, this is a great base for cyclists and walkers wishing to explore the beautiful countryside and the stunning Cambrian Mountains. Make sure to pass through the popular town of Tregaron. Nature lovers will enjoy visiting Cors Caron Nature Reserve (9.5 miles) which boasts over 170 species of birds. The splendid Cardigan Bay coastline (10 miles) offers a variety of sandy beaches, quaint villages and picturesque towns, ideal for ambling through and picking up some local produce. Enjoy stunning sunsets in Aberystwyth (14 miles) when you take the funicular cliff railway to the top of Constitution Hill and enjoy some nostalgia aboard one of the restored Steam Trains stopping at Devils Bridge to admire the beautiful waterfalls and forests. Enter this charming stone cottage to find a characteristic open plan lounge/kitchen/diner fitted with reclaimed wooden floors. A delightful oak writer s desk in the corner is a great place to write those postcards and update your journal. Sit back and relax on the comfy sofa and armchair after a busy day of exploring and enjoy catching up on your favourite TV shows on TV.
