Set off on a scenic amble through the moorlands to discover the history-stepped hillfort of White Tor, before stretching out with an aperitif in the ambient heat of your crackling wood burner. Step into the hallway and kick off muddy boots then potter through to the generously sized shaker-style kitchen flooded with natural light. The resident chef can pour a glass and then busy themselves prepping an indulgent meal while the rest of the gang unwinds with a pre-dinner drink in front of the flickering fire in the cosy lounge/diner. Pad up the steps to the dining table, toast with a glass of fizz, and settle in for a celebratory feast with the family.
