Located close to Bude, one of North Cornwall’s most loved towns, family or friends will love a trip here thanks to the property’s large garden and comfortable furnishings. Inside, you’ll enter into a bright and airy hallway. From there, go through to the kitchen, which has everything you need for an easy self-catering break. There’s a breakfast bar for informal dining as well as a dining table and chairs for quick meals. The property also benefits from an elegant dining room across its hallway for more formal dinners or celebratory suppers. Step into the lounge and find ample seating and a wood burner, in addition to a Smart TV for movie nights. Also on the ground floor, there is a utility area with a washing machine and a separate WC. Upstairs, the landing has its own sofa and gives access to the four bedrooms. The largest room has a king-size bed and en-suite shower room. The second bedroom is also king-size while the last couple of bedrooms are twins. One can be made up to a super-king-size on request. The latter three rooms share the family bathroom on this floor with a bath and separate shower. The outdoor space at this home is a real selling point. Through the French doors in the lounge, or through the kitchen, you’ll find a decking area with a sun lounger to relax upon and look at the views.
