This family home boasts a fantastic location, just 0.5 miles from Brixham’s picturesque harbour. The property is ideal for families with young children, with a spacious bunk bedroom and a travel cot in one of the bedrooms. Spend your days on one of the town’s beaches, exploring the South West Coast Path, or visiting one of the many family attractions in the area.

A couple of steps lead to the cottage’s front door and into the hallway. From here, head into the open-plan, contemporary lounge/kitchen/diner. This is a sociable area, with an extendable table to seat all six guests. A step leads up to the kitchen area, where you’ll find everything you need to cater for the group. After dinner, retire to the lounge area, which has a beautiful bay window and comfortable seating arranged around a Smart TV. On the first floor, you’ll find a stylish king-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. There’s also a cosy snug with a Smart TV and Xbox console, as well as a sofa bed. The family bathroom completes this floor. The remaining bedrooms – a bunk bedroom and a twin with an additional travel cot – are on the second floor. You’ll find seating at the front of the property.
