In the local village are two pubs, shops and North Thoresby station on the Lincolnshire Wolds Railway, a preserved line operated by steam enthusiasts A little further away is the cathedral city of Lincoln, visit the ancient cathedral and perfect for some retail therapy. Visit the seals at Donna Nook just 12 miles away where every November and December, grey seals come to the coastline to give birth to their pups near the sand dunes. Visit the sandy beach at Cleethorpes, just 8 miles away and don t forget to stop for fish and chips! Step into the beautiful kitchen space with its tiled floor and underfloor heating throughout. For music enthusiasts, access can be given, by prior arrangement, to a Yamaha Grand Piano with an optional silent system within the lounge. There is a smart lighting system throughout which means when you go to bed, all the lights in the property can be turned off with one switch by your bed. The bedroom offers a king size bed, wall mounted smart TV and complimenting bedroom furniture. The en suite offers a spacious walk in shower with a rainfall head and WC. The property benefits from solar panels, ground source heating, underfloor heating, individual room thermostats and a heat recovery ventilation system, meaning it's great for anyone staying with allergies. Outside there is a bistro set situated directly outside of the kitchen, and a short walk away around the building is where you will find your hot tub, situated under a gazebo with privacy curtains. There is further outdoor seating to enjoy relaxing in the garden, which is shared with the owners with guests' privacy in mind. By prior arrangement, guests can use the bird hide situated within the grounds. This is perfectly located in front of a lake which offers a home to many wild birds. Guests have the use of the owners gym, by prior arrangement charges apply. You can workout whilst watching your favourite TV programmes. There is a spacious lawn area to the front of the property and off road parking for two cars.
