This rural retreat for families and groups of friends is just outside the village of Bancyffordd in West Wales. Enjoy woodland and countryside walks directly from the property, or head north to join the Ceredigion Coast Path (15 miles). For shopping and eating out, the market towns of Newcastle Emlyn and Llandysul are both within 8 miles. In the evenings, snuggle up in front of the wood burner or sip a sundowner in your private hot tub. The elegant barn conversion enjoys a peaceful location on private farmland. Step inside and into a spacious lounge/kitchen/diner with a vaulted ceiling, skylights, and a feature stone wall. The decor is contemporary and chic, with natural tones and textures. Along one wall is a sleek kitchen, with everything needed for a self-catering holiday. An art deco-style dining table provides the perfect setting for family mealtimes, and there’s a comfortable lounge area with an L-shaped sofa, Smart TV, and cosy wood burner. Two small flights of stairs at either end of the barn lead to two separate bedrooms, a double room with a Smart TV and en-suite bathroom, and a king-size bedroom with a Smart TV and en-suite shower room. The third bedroom is on the final floor upstairs, boasting a king-size bed, another Smart TV, and an en-suite shower room. Outside, to the rear of the property is a patio and a raised terrace with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. Spend time here, dining alfresco in summer months and admiring the breathtaking scenery from your bubbling hot tub. There is also a small patio area to the front of the barn. The beauty spot of Cenarth Falls is just 11 miles from the property and is a must for the itinerary. Enjoy relaxing strolls alongside the cascading waterfalls or find a picturesque spot for a picnic next to the river. The Cardigan Bay coastline is within easy reach, and you can spend the day at the beach in Aberporth (15 miles) or join a wildlife-watching boat trip in New Quay (18 miles).
