This former fisherman’s cottage features a welcoming lounge with exposed beams in the low ceiling and a wood burner set in a stone fireplace, and makes a lovely space for everyone to watch a movie on the Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking your favourite meals, which you can share in the bright, inviting dining room. A couple of steps lead up to the dining area which features original beams, an additional seating area and French doors. The property has three pretty bedrooms, all with exposed beams: a ground-floor double, plus a cosy double and a light twin room upstairs, along with a family bathroom. Outside, the enclosed garden features a charming lawn, a private gravelled area with bistro seating, and a large sundeck with outdoor furniture which makes a fantastic spot for taking in the sea views as you dine alfresco. The garage has been converted into a games room with a pool table. The cottage sits next to the secluded beach of Northcott Mouth and lies just a couple of miles from Bude, a vibrant resort popular with surfers and offering a fantastic range of pubs and restaurants. Set at the southern edge of the magnificent Hartland Heritage Coast, there are miles of stunning walks from the doorstep.
