Hang up your coats or beach towels in the porch and head into the open-plan living space. There are some nods to history in this property with exposed brickwork and some quirky shelving and hatches. The inviting lounge/kitchen/diner is a great area to socialise together after a busy day exploring. Rustle up a hearty meal in the well-equipped and stylish kitchen, eat together around the dining table and then spend an evening playing games on the sofas, or watching a film on the TV and DVD player. Upstairs is two light and bright bedrooms as well as a family bathroom. To the rear of the property is an enclosed patio garden with table and chairs, ideal for al fresco dining and evening tipples. Located in the heart of Brixham, part of the ‘English Riviera’, you will be close to everything you need such as shops, pubs and places to eat. The harbour (0.5 miles) is one of the busiest fishing ports in the country and is lined with colourful houses. From here, take a ferry to Torquay (8 miles) on the other side of the bay and sunbathe on the beach or enjoy one of the seafront restaurants. Head out on foot and take a stroll along the River Dart, or head 2 miles to the South West Coast Path which cusps the coastline of Devon and Cornwall.
