Set on the south-western edge of the Lake District, and within easy reach of the breathtaking coast at Seascale, this surprisingly spacious and friendly retreat offers fabulous accommodation for up to seven guests. Imaginatively decorated throughout, the cottage is ideal for walkers, cyclists, golfers and nature lovers discovering the area’s quaint villages, magnificent woodlands and spectacular lakes. Entering this welcoming property the ground floor features a lovely conservatory which makes a cool and relaxing space to unwind in. The formal dining room has a feature fireplace and glass wall and is perfect for sharing a celebratory meal which you can conjure up in the sleek and fully equipped kitchen. The lounge is on the first floor, featuring a Smart TV and plenty of seating, providing an ideal spot to get together, chat about the day’s activities and watch a favourite movie. The first floor also features a stylish family bathroom and three colourfully decorated bedrooms. Gosforth is a cheerful village close to Wast Water (5 miles), with nearby Lake District attractions including Muncaster Castle, Scafell Pike, Hardknott Roman Fort and Stanley Ghyll Waterfall (all within 11 miles). Heading to the coast you can visit the bustling seaside villages of Ravenglass and Braystones (both within 6 miles).
