Positioned against a stunning backdrop of countryside just 17.5 miles from Aberdeen, this grand farmhouse sleeps ten and has everything you need for family gatherings and special celebrations with friends. Entertain your entire party with the games room, children’s swing set and acres of grounds to explore, then curl up by the wood burner with your favourite treats and a glass of something delicious. Known as Scotland’s castle country, there are oodles of historic properties to discover nearby on your travels best enjoyed followed by lunch in a friendly village inn. Soak in the farm setting before stepping inside, kicking off your boots and preparing to relax as a group. The lounge/kitchen/diner are all interconnecting and adjoin the spacious conservatory, providing ample room for socialising whether you are pulling up a chair ready to feast at the dining table that seats 14, settling down with a wee dram by the wood burner in the conservatory, or tuning in to an exciting film in the lounge. The kitchen is beautifully styled for cooking up a storm with the range of appliances on offer including a Range-style oven and hob. You’ll have a selection of books, board games and children’s toys to borrow, but there is also an outside games room in a Nissen hut that has table tennis and table football for some healthy competition. The large garden is private but not enclosed, featuring a cooking pit and BBQ for al fresco dining, a children’s swing set and lots of walking trails throughout the estate. At bedtime, you’ll find the first comfortable bedroom on the ground floor along with an en-suite shower room. Three further bedrooms are upstairs, one of which has an en-suite and the remainder share a generous bathroom. The final bedroom is in a garden room adjacent to the property and boasts an en-suite shower room.
