This wonderful escape is situated in one of the most popular parts of Somerset, in between the vibrant market towns of Frome (5 miles) and Bruton (9 miles). Both towns have a lovely cafe culture, independent boutiques and plenty of amenities, including weekly markets. Situated near the Mendips (20 miles), walkers and cyclists will be spoilt for choice with picturesque routes virtually on the doorstep. Visit the Roman city of Bath (20 miles) with its Georgian architecture, museums, thermal spa, galleries, shops and theatre or the stunning cathedral city of Wells (14 miles). Also within easy reach are the following attractions: Nunney Castle (0.7 miles), Cranmore Railway (5 miles), the National Trust s Stourhead House and Gardens (10 miles), Cheddar Gorge (21 miles), Chew Valley Lake (20 miles) and Glastonbury Tor (17 miles).
