Heading 15 miles to the south will bring you to the picturesque Jurassic Coastline, where you can explore the cobbled streets of Lyme Regis and the striking beach at West Bay or go fossil hunting at Charmouth. Axminster is a hotspot for foodies and the eclectic town of Bridport is ideal for those wishing to seek out vintage treasures. Local amenities can be found just 2 miles away in Crewkerne and the whole area is surrounded by rolling countryside, perfect for long walks.
