Part of a small complex of properties, the cottage also offers access to a fabulous range of shared extras including a sauna, gym and a games room. Featuring stunning views over the countryside and out towards the River Tay to the south, this bright and fresh holiday getaway also offers a bubbling private wood-fired hot tub and a roaring open fire. The property has been decorated in light, fresh and relaxing shades, and has been tastefully furnished to provide a refreshing, airy and inviting holiday home. Entering the property, the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner has plenty of seating a Smart TV and a wood burner, providing an ideal space in which everyone can unwind, watch a great movie, prepare a meal, or socialise around the dining table. Exploring the ground floor further, there are the first two bedrooms: both twin zip-and-link rooms which can be made up into super-king-size rooms on request. There’s also a spacious ground-floor bathroom. Going upstairs, you will find the final bedroom, an en-suite super-king-size room. Glass doors lead from the lounge onto the charming patio area which features a good choice of outdoor furniture, a BBQ and the bubbling hot tub, perfect for spending a night stargazing. The mature garden surrounds the cottage, and you will also have access to shared features including the Swedish-style sauna, a gym, tennis court, croquet lawn, summer house and a games room which is equipped with a pool table, table football, dartboard, table tennis and a choice of books and board games.
