A kitchen/diner is the perfect place to socialise and cook, and both of the bedrooms down the hall are charming and spacious. Start the day right and enjoy a coffee in a warm spot in the conservatory, or head to the large, enclosed garden. There’s a lawn area and a Wendy house complete with toys for children to enjoy too.



Less than 1 mile from here you can access the pretty Bexhill-on-Sea beach. The 2-mile promenade is backed by colourful beach huts and the town has plenty of shops, pubs and eateries to peruse and enjoy. Explore the area’s arts and cultural background at De La Warr Pavilion, also known as ‘The People’s Pavilion’ (2 miles). There are often events and exhibitions taking place here – be sure to check in advance if you need to pre-book. Aside from the walking and cycling routes available on the doorstep and along the coast, you could head to Hastings (4 miles) or the nearby Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (19 miles) for a day out. Alternatively, visit the charming town of Eastbourne (13.5 miles).
