Located on a 5-acre smallholding, this pretty barn conversion is ideal for groups of friends or a family of four. Set in peaceful Devon countryside, there are plenty of scenic walks from the doorstep, and you’ll have easy access to Cornwall’s beaches and the seaside village of Bude. This single-storey property is well furnished and decorated throughout and has a fantastic outside space to enjoy. An open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner is a great space for cooking, socialising and relaxing. There’s a Smart TV for cosy evenings in watching a film or your favourite TV series. Head through the French doors out into a delightful and enclosed patio garden. There’s outdoor furniture and a BBQ for you to enjoy al fresco dining. If youre bringing your furry friends, then a separate paddock is provided: great for letting your dog run around off lead. An on-site laundry facility and use of a dog washing facility is also available throughout your stay. Set on the cusp of the Devon/Cornwall border, you’ll be in a peaceful, serene location, yet not far from amenities, beaches and attractions. The charming Cornish village of Bude is 11 miles away, with a range of shops, restaurants and pubs for you to peruse. Summerleaze Beach is also here too, a beautiful golden stretch of sand. Head to the quaint town of Holsworthy (5 miles) which has weekly markets and some lovely independent shops and cafes. Alternatively, take the children to The Milky Way Adventure Park (10 miles), a multi-award-winning day out for all the family.
