The seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands is a lovely place to spend the day exploring the attractions on the town’s promenade and is only a short drive away as well as Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston, or Ulverston, this is a perfect base to explore some of the hidden treasures of the Lake District. Head up a few steps and through the front door to the lounge, creating a warm atmosphere and perfect place to kick back after a day of exploring, on the sofa or two armchairs in front of the wood burner and Smart TV.

Head to the kitchen which is ideal for a family feast and tastefully designed with a built-in seating area with patio doors straight out into the garden. The kitchen boasts everything needed to prepare a feast, an electric oven and hob, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher. Next, is the snug offering an area for the kids to enjoy a movie on the Smart TV. There is a shower room with a shower and WC, also a utility area with a washing machine. Head up to the first floor where there are two bedrooms, both with wall-mounted Smart TVs, a king-size and the 2'6'' twin zip-and-link (which can be made into a king-size on request) with an en-suite shower and WC. To relax and have a soak after a day of exploring is the bathroom with shower over bath and WC.
