The seaside resort of Grange-over-Sands is a lovely place to spend the day exploring the attractions on the town’s promenade and is only a short drive away as well as Ambleside, Grasmere, Coniston, or Ulverston, this is a perfect base to explore some of the hidden treasures of the Lake District.
