There are miles of walks to be enjoyed directly from the property which meander through a rural landscape teeming with wildlife. Local wildlife safaris can be arranged prior to your stay which is a fantastic way of discovering all that Somerset has to offer. The central location makes it perfect for visiting both coastlines including pretty Watchet and Blue Anchor Bay to the North and the popular seaside towns of Seaton, Lyme Regis and Sidmouth to the South.

Step into the light and airy open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with apex ceilings, beautiful exposed beams, oak flooring and wood burner, a perfect place for a quiet, or romantic break away. Settle in for a snug evening with a feast, a bottle of wine and a film on the Smart TV. The perfectly equipped kitchen has an electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and washing machine it is a great space for cooking lazy breakfasts or trying out new recipes. Outside there is an enclosed walled courtyard garden with far-reaching countryside views, great for both you and your four-legged friends to relax in. You will be very welcome to use the owners tennis court too. There is private parking for 2 cars.
