The peaceful village of Milborne St Andrew is surrounded by verdant countryside and offers excellent links to the Jurassic Coast, including the spectacular beaches at Lulworth Cove (14 miles) and Durdle Door (13 miles). The property is on the fringe of the village with lovely traffic free walks direct from the front door to explore the local countryside and the Dorset National Landscape. The village offers a welcoming country pub and a village shop. It is a short drive from Dorchester (9 miles) and Blandford Forum (8.5 miles), with walking and cycling routes nearby.


The house is a charming 17th-century cottage, fully renovated in 2020, giving the ideal combination of old and new. Features include exposed original beams throughout and a comfortable snug with inglenook fireplace, original bread oven, wood burner-effect gas fire and a Smart TV. Just opposite is a second sitting room in which to relax which also has a Smart TV and space to enjoy board games beside the fire. Looking out onto the garden is a fabulous modern open-plan kitchen/living room. A central island makes the most of the space and there is room to dine and sofas to relax on, just opposite.
