Also nearby is the market town of Barnstaple (5.5 miles), with some lovely shops, a theatre and swimming pool. A little further along the coast are the sandy beaches of Croyde, Saunton Sands and Westward Ho! (all within 15 miles). Other attractions include Exmoor Zoo, Cobbaton Combat Collection and The Big Sheep (all within 15 miles).
